From Social Work to Executive Strategy
I grew up on a Saskatchewan farm and spent several years in North Africa helping rebuild impoverished communities. Early in my career, I earned a Master of Social Work, which gave me deep insight into how people think, communicate, and change.
That foundation led me to seek out the most effective frameworks for leadership development.
But certification alone wasn’t enough. I wanted to contribute to the field.
That’s why I’ve partnered with Brian Tracy Solutions, combining their global methodology with the practical realities facing Canadian organizations.
This collaboration reflects my philosophy: authority should be earned through contribution, not just credentials.
Since 1999, I’ve run Peak Performance Consulting from Regina, Saskatchewan, delivering coaching, training and assessments across Canada and internationally — including the USA, Germany, Paraguay, and China. My clients include small and large businesses, government, healthcare, First Nations organizations, and financial institutions. I’m also certified by Target Training International to administer behavioral, motivational, emotional intelligence, and competency-based assessments.
